Ingredients
Ribbon Pasta - 150 gms**
Capsicum - 1 cup (three coloured)
Sweet corn - 1 cup
Olive Oil - 3-4 tbsp.
Garlic paste - 1 tbsp.
Chilli flakes - 1 tbsp.
Mixed herbs - 1 tbsp.
Salt
Method
1. In a litre of water add salt and 1 tsp oil, boil pasta and keep separately
2. Cut the capsicum and keep ready
3. In a pan add oil hear and add garlic paste, then add veggies , sauté till cooked
4. Then add pasta , herbs ,chilli flakes and salt. Mix well
5. Serve hot.
6. Can be had plain or with garlic toast
Notes :
** U can try this with spaghetti pasta as well. Tastes good.
