Baby Radish, cherry tomatoes and paneer salad

Ingredients
Baby raddish - 4
Cherry tomatoes -8(Grass like )
Paneer - 50 gm
Coriander leaves - a few strands

For dressing
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Honey - 2 tsp
Garlic - 4 cloves crushed
Olive oil - 1 tsp
Salt, Pepper

Method
1) Finely slice the raddish into thin roundels.
2) Quarter the baby tomatoes.
3) Clean and separate strands of coriander leaves.
4) Cut paneer into small cubes.
5) Mix all the dressing ingredients one by one and mix well.
6) Put all the salad ingredients in a big bowl  , add the dressing and mix well with hands so that the dressing coats all.
7) Keep in fridge and refrigerate for half hour before serving
