Dal dhokla

This dhokla is more healthier as it is packed with dals and Sprouted moong. I love this more.
It also is a reminder of my ammas way of making dhokla. She would take it out and then do tadka in pan and roast the pieces. So you would get slightly crispy crust on some pieces. Yummy.
Ingredients
Rice - 3 cups
Navratri dal - 1 cup (mix of toor, masoor, moong, Chana, black udit dal)
Udit dal - 1 cup
Sprouted moong - 2 cups
Dry red- 5
Green chilli - 5/6
Ginger -1 " piece
Salt to taste
Hing - 1 tsp
Tumeric powder
Baking soda - 3/4 tsp for each batch of dhokla
Thadka
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Hing -1/2 tsp
Sugar -1 tsp
Lime juice - few drops
Water - 2 tbsp
Coconut and coriander leaves to garnish
Method
1. Wash and soak each rice , dals together for two hours. Put the red chilli to soak along with this.
2.  Grind the above with Sprouted moong, dry red chilli, green chilli , salt and hing
3. Keep to rest for an hour.
4. Keep the steamer on with water to boil.
5. Take a bowl or lil more as per your plate of steamer add soda and mix well.
6. Pour onto the steamer plate and steam for 15-20 mins. Check with knife if fully cooked.
7. Heat the oil add mustard seeds when it splutters add hing. Then take it away from the flame and add water, sugar , lime juice. Mix well.
8. Once the dhokla plate has been taken out of steamer when it's warm add the above tadka(step 7)
9. Garnish with coriander leaves and coconut.
