This is the most simple yet delicious dish. Each person has their way of making it. Khada, half mashed, fully mashed, buttered, masaledar....
I have also improvised over the years. ..I currently love this version.
Ingredients
Onion - 4
Tomato - 4
Capcicum -1
Potato - 3
Cauliflower - 200 gm
Pavbhaji masala - 2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chilki powder - 2 tsp ( optional)
Salt
Oil - 2 tbsp
Butter , onion chopped, kothmir - chopped for garnish

Method
1. Roughly chop all the vegetables
2. In a cooker add oil, add onions. Fry for two minutes. Then add all the vegetables , mix well.
3. Add water just covering the vegetables. Pressure cook till 5/6 whistles.
4. Once the lid is taken out add all the masalas mixed with a little water. Add salt.
5. Use a blender to mash all the vegetables. This gives it smooth consistent and is easier than building muscles tryout to mash it with a pavbhaji masher.
6. Serve hot garnished with onion, butter , kothmir.
7. You can have this pav ( buttered or plain)
