Ingredients
Paneer - 200gm
Boiled peas - 100 gm
Onion -3 big(made in paste)
Tomato - 4 small (pureed)
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Dalchini - 1/2 inch
Lavang-2/3
Star anise-1/2
Red chilli powder - 1 or 2 tsp
Dhania powder -1 tsp
Jeera powder -1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1tsp
Oil - 2 / 3 tsp
Salt to taste
Method
1) In a pan heat oil then add dalchini, lavang, star anise. Fry for a minute
2) Then put ginger garlic paste and onion paste and salt. Cook till oil separates.
3) Put tomato puree. Mix well and for about 3 min.
4) Add dry powders. Mix and cook for about 10/15 minutes till whole gravy cooks well.
5) Add boiled peas and paneer(can be fried also).
6) Serve hot with roti / nan/ dal-rice.
