Bhujna

Ingredients

Onion - 3 big (finely chopped)
Garlic pods - 12/15 pods (finely crushed)
Potato - 4 cut into small cubes
Oil - 4 tbsp
Red chillies - 1  or 2 tsp depending on spice
Haldi - 1 tsp
Salt
Ghee - 1 tbsp

Method

1) In a pan mix the onions, garlic , salt , haldi & oil , mix well and keep on gas on slow flame.

2) Once onions are slightly soft add the potatoes, add water and cook on low flame.

3) Lastly top with ghee

4) Serve hot with rice or puri
