Papdi ki sabzi

Ingredients

Papdi - 200 gm (cleaned,stripped and cut in small pieces)
Potato - 1 (cut in small pieces)
Coconut grated - 2 tsp
Jeera / Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Hing (asafoetida) - 1/2 tsp
Tumeric powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - as per taste
Salt to taste
Oil

Method

1. In a pan add oil put jeera & hing. Fry for a minute

2. Put the papdi , fry for a minute . Then add potatoes. 

3. Add tumeric powder,  salt and water (add little by little) and let it cook well

4. When cooked and water dries up, add all powdered masalas, coconut and serve hot with chapati/phulka / dal- rice.
