Rava idli

Ingredients

Idli Rava - 4 cups
Udit dal - 1 cup
Methi seeds - 1 tsp
Salt

Method

1) Soak together except salt for 1 hour.

2) Grind by adding little water at a time. Add salt mix well

3) Ferment for 12 to 15 hours

4) In cooker add water and heat for 2 minutes. Pour batter in  idli mould and place in cooker. Keep on high flame for 5 minutes then in medium flame for 8/10 minutes. 

5) Open lid and let it cool for 2 minutes before taking off the mould

6) Can be had with sambar , mulgapodi and chutney.
