Aloo Mutter

Ingredients

Peas - 100 gms
Onions - 2 finely chopped
Tomato - 1 finely chopped
Green chillies - 3
Garlic pods -7/8 crushed
Dahi - 3 tbsp
Oil
Salt
Malai - 2 tsp
Lavang - 2 (cloves)
Dalchini - 1 "(cinamon)

Method

1) In a pan add oil , lavang & dalchini.

2) Make a pan of onion , chilli and garlic. Add to pan. Cook well in oil.

3) Make a tomato puree and add this to the pan.

4) Let the whole gravy cook for about 10 minutes.  Add water if required.

5) At the side , in a pan cool potatoes and peas.

6) When the gravy is done add the cooked veggies to the gravy.

7) Let it mix well. Add dahi and let it simmer for a while.

8) Once the oils start releasing, shut tje flame.  Top with malai / cream.

9) Serve hot with chapati / paratha / nan.
