Green Tomato Chutney

This is a great accompaniment to eat along with chapatti. Also tastes great with dosa and idli.Its great for people who want to avoid coconut in their chutneys.

Simple and easy.

Ingredients

Green tomato - 2 roughly chopped
 White Til - 1 tsp
Groundnut - 1 tbsp
Green Chillies - 2
Salt

Method

1) In a pan all little oil , add chillies fry till you get the smell/ hint of spice in the air.

2) Add the groundnut, fry till brown and crispy. (This will then powder well.)

3) Add white til and fry for some time.

4) Take out and let it cool down a bit .

5) Put all the above in a mixer jar along with tomato and salt , and smooth grind it.

6) Can be used immediately.
