A dish which cannot be simpler and using the least ingredients as possible. I made this as a quick and easy side dish for chapati.
Ingredients
Paneer - 200gms
Onion - 1 big finely chopped
Tomato - 1 big finely chopped
Ginger chilli paste - 2 tsp

Masalas
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Rajwadi garam masala - 1 tsp
Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
Haldi/Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves to garnish and kasuri methi 1 tbsp crushed in the hand
Method
1) In a pan add oil heat up then add cloves, cinnamon. Then ginger chilli paste. Fry but not for too long as ginger will start tasting sour.
2) Add onions , little salt and saute well.
3) Add tomatoes and cook till mushy.
4) Add paneer, masalas and check if more salt is required.
5) Fry all this for 5-7 minutes. Don't let it become dry.
6) Garnish with coriander leaves, kasuri methi and serve hot.
Notes
a) We can cooked peas, potatoes to add taste to this bhurjee.
b) Can add green chillies chopped if we like more spicy.
