Sandwich chutney

Recipe

Ingredients
Coriander leaves - A big bunch
Coconut scrapped - 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds -1 tsp
Green chillies - 7/8 depending on spice
Salt, sugar
Lime juice - 1tsp
Water to grind the chutney

Method
1) Cut clean and chop the coriander leaves and keep ready.
2) In a mixer bowl add coconut, green chillies and jeera. Give this a quick pulse.
3) Then add small quantities of coriander leaves and grind together.
4) All the above is still dry mix
5) Lastly add the salt, sugar, lime juice and add water little by little and grind to a smooth paste.
6) Delicious chutney ready for sandwiches. This can be had with bhajias also.
