Tomato Carrot soup

Ingredients
Tomato - 7
Carrot - 1
Lemon grass strands -2
Bayleaf - 1
Garlic butter - 1 tsp
Salt
Sugar

Method
1) First wash and remove the stem portion of tomatoes. Also cut the carrot length wise and keep ready.

2) In a pressure cooker bowl put tomatoes, carrot, lemon grass leaves and keep for 2-3 whistles.

3) Open after release of pressure, cool, remove skin of tomato and puree it in a blender. Also pass it through a strainer to remove chunks and remaining skin if any.

4) In a pan add butter, bayleaf fry for a minute.

5) Add the puree , sugar , salt and bring to boil

6) Serve hot
