Wheat, besan, tomato omelette

Ingredients.
Wheat flour - 2 cups
Besan - 2 cups
Tomatoes - 2 small chopped finely
Salt
Hing (asefoetida ) - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp or green chillies paste
Ginger paste - 1 tbsp
Ajwain / Ova - 2tsp

Method
1) Mix the flour and besan well without any lumps.
2) Slowly add the other ingredients except tomatoes and start forming the batter.
3) On the pan little oil , add tomatoes and first saute a little.
4) Add the flour mix on top of the tomatoes and cook on low flame.
5) When cooked on one side flip over and crisp on other side as well.
6) Serve with buttered or toasted or plain white or brown  bread slices and sauce.
