Instant dosa 1 - Wheat, suji dosa (Godumba, ravai dosai)

Ingredients
Wheat flour - 2 cups
Suji/ Rava - 1 cup
Maida - 1/2 cup
Mustard seeds -2 tsp
Jeera - 2 tsp
Asefoetida (Hing) - 1 tsp
Salt
Green chillies - 5-7
Oil to make dosa.

Method
1) Take wheat flour, rava and maida in a bowl. Add water to form a dosa batter. This should be more liquid then normal dosa batters.
*Maida is used for ease in making the dosa. It can be avoided. However it takes longer and there is a risk of dosa tearing while trying to flip over.

2) Add the salt, hing, green chillies, mustard seeds and jeera. Mix well.

3) Pour from outside to inside of the pan / tava. Keep on medium heat as this takes a while to cook.

4) Add little oil on the sides .  When the sides start to lift up flip over and cook on other side too.

5) Enjoy with tomato chutney, coriander chutney or mulgapodi ( gun powder).
