This is a delicious , easy to make and instant dosa.
Many times batter for dosa is not ready when we want to eat dosa so this instant version comes in handy.
Ingredients.
Wheat flour - 2 cups
Rice flour - 1 cup
Rava (fine) - 1 cup
Salt
Mustard seeds - 2 tbsp
Jeera - 2 tbsp
Asafetida - 2 tsp
Method
1) Add all the above ingredients to make the batter. Keep it thick like normal dosa batter and soak for half an hour.
2) Heat the pan on high flame. Once it becomes hot reduce the flame.
3) Spread the batter to make a thin dosa.
4) Let it cook for 30seconds then add oil from outer circle and then inside.
5) When it crisps in the outside flip over.
6) Crisp the other side on slightly higher flame but be careful not to burn. The second side does not need oil.
7) Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
