Grilled potato wedges

I love potato wedges. The crispness of the skin and taste makes it fab. Today tried a grilled and spiced version.

Ingredients

Potatoes - 3
Olive oil - 2 tbsp or less
Garlic - 5/6 cloves
Red chilli flakes - 1 tbsp
Mixed herbs - 1 tbsp
Salt as required.

Method

1) Cut the potatoes lengthwise and parboil for 5 minutes. Drain and let it cool.

2) In a pan add the oil, spices, herbs , salt & mix well.

3) Put in the par boiled potatoes and mix well with your hands so that the all the pieces of potatoes are mixed with spices mix.

4) Grill in microwave and serve hot.
