Paneer aloo mutter bhurji.

I had little paneer with me, wanted to makr bhurji buy quantity was little less. So added potato and peas. The combination was super yumm.

Ingredients
Paneer - 100 gms
Potato - 1 (chopped in small cubes and boiled)
Peas - 50 gms (boiled)
Onions - 2 (finely chopped)
Tomato - 1 (finely chopped)
Kadipatta/ curry leaves - a few.
Jeera - 1tsp
Cinnamon - 1
Cloves -2/3
Oil, salt
Garam masala & red chilli powder


Method

1) In a pan add oil jeera, cinnamon, cloves and curry leaves. Then put onion and fry one medium flame.
2) Add tomato and fry the whole mix well.
3) When it become nice and mushy add potatoes and peas preboiled. Mix and let it cook for some time.
4) Add mashed paneer, spices, salt and give a mix.
5) Add coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati.

Super yumm.
