A fusion snack - Indian style to a Chinese dish.
Chinese Bhel is a tasty, tangy snack - a quick mix of crispy fried noodles, fresh vegetables and tossed in combination of tangy sauces. It's easy to prepare and really yummy! This is a popular snack in Mumbai. Mainly street quick yummy snack.

Ingredients:
1 cup Cabbage juliennes (cut into long strips)
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup very thinly sliced capsicum
1/4 cup chopped finely chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped spring onions
1/4 cup Schezwan sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
black pepper to taste
salt to taste
2 tablespoons spring onion to garnish
fried noodles 2cups.
Method:
Take a pan and pour some oil and saute the onion.
Add Schezwan sauce
then add Carrot , cabbage & capsicum and turn your gas on high flame.
Now add salt, black pepper powder, chilli sauce .
Now mix Fried Noodles and mix well.
Garnish with green onions serve immediately
Note: Variation can be done with vegetables.
You can also add roasted peanuts. In sauces you can tomato sauce, soya sauce to enhance the taste.
