Coconut onion uttapam

Ingredients

Dosa batter
Onion - 1 small cut in long slices
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Hing
Salt
Butter - 1 tsp
Oil for dosa batter.

Method

1. Add butter on tava. Spread onion and saute till translucent.
2. Then coconut and cover till post get nicely golden brown.
3. Add red chilli powder, hing, coriander powder and salt and mix everything well. 4. Pour the dosa batter to cover all the mix. Cover and cook on slow roast till both sides become nice and crispy yet remain slightly soft.
