A delicious wholesome recipe.
Ingredients
Bread - 10 slices (cut in cubes)
Onion -3 small (finely chopped)
Peas - 1/2 cup (boiled)
Potato - 1 big ( boiled & cubed)
Tadka
Oil , jeera, mustard seeds, hing, green chillies-2
Tumeric powder-1 tsp
Coriander leaves - to garnish
Method
1) In a pan heat oil and put tadka items. Then add chopped onions,green chillies and saute till translucent.
2) In the meanwhile boil the peas and potatoes and keep ready.
3) Add the boiled peas and potatoes to the pan along with salt and tumeric powder. Give this a good stir.
4) Add the bread pieces and mix everything well. Check for salt and spices. If you want can add more spices at this time.
5) Let this be on a low flame till it becomes crispy.
6) Garnish with coriander leaves and garnish.
