Stuffed bread pakoda

Bread pakoda is common street dish easy to make and delicious. Today evening decided to make the stuffed version.
Simple ingredients one great snack.

Ingredients
Bread slices - 6
Potato - 2 small
Chaat masala - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Cheese slices - 1(I used pudina chutney flavoured)
Besan - 5 tbsp or more
Tumeric powder- 1 tsp
Ajwain/Carrom seeds - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Green chutney- 2 tbsp
Oil to fry the pakodas.

Method
1) To prepare the stuffing mash the potato with chaat masala, red chilli powder and cheese slices bits. Mix all well and keep aside.
2) Cut the sides of bread just enough to remove the hard portion.
3) Apply chutney on both sides of the sandwich and place part of stuffing.
4) Cut in triangle and make ready to dip.
5) Make a thick paste of Besan with tumeric powder, ajwain and salt. Keep salt low as there is salt in stuffing , chutney also.
6) Dip the stuffed bread triangles in the Besan paste and coat from all sides.
7) Fry on medium flame till slight crispy and serve hot with tomato sauce.
