Bhindi masala


I made this in demand of my husband. A masaledaar version where you just want to pick up and start to eat the lovable bhindi.

Ingredients
Bhindi - 200 GM's
Onions -2 big finely chopped
Tomatoes -2 finely chopped
Oil -1 tbsp
Jeera-1 tsp
Cloves -2/3
Masalas
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Dhania powder-1 tsp
Tumeric powder -1/2 tsp
Jeera -1/2tsp
Dessicated coconut - 1 tbsp
Groundnut powder - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves to garnish

Method
1) In a broad pan add oil heat it then add Jeera and cloves. Then add the onions with a pinch of salt and fry till translucent.
2) Add tomatoes and fry well.
3) Add in the ladyfingers cut lengthwise and fry for a few minutes. Put the masalas and salt and sprinkle water. Let this cook well.
4) Put in the coconut and groundnut powder and mix lightly so that the bhindi is not mushed.
5) Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
