Indian twist on thai salad

This is one salad I've been waiting to try. Loved it from the very first time I tried it as part of a buffet the raw papaya salad packs in freshness , crunch, sweet and spice flavours. I tried to recreate it today with a different set of veggies and hubby along with me loved it. 




Vegetables used
Muli or radish -1/2 
Gajar or carrot - 1/2
Kakdi or cucumber - 1(remove the seeds)
Tomato -1 (remove the seeds)
Red onions -1
Dhaniya/Coriander leaves
Pudina /mint leaves
A handful of roasted peanuts (coarsely crushed)

Dressing
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp lime
2 green chilli (lavangi)
1 tsp jaggery
Salt to taste
2 cloves of garlic (crushed)

Method
Finely chopped all veggies into 1inch juliennes. 
In a bowl put the dressing ingredients and mix well crushing the jaggery well. 
Just before eating add the dressing to the veggies and eat fresh. 
Don't let salad stay much as ingredients used will begin to leave water.
